Service Nature
ZOOMEE is a delivery partner platform.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, pricing, packaging, and availability of their products.
Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and handed over to a delivery partner, the customer cannot cancel the order.
If a customer cancels after confirmation, no refund will be provided.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
ZOOMEE is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, vendor preparation time, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers cannot raise claims for late delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Missing item(s) in the order
Customers must upload clear photos of the issue within [24/48] hours of delivery.
Refund requests outside these conditions will not be accepted.
Vendor & Delivery Responsibility
In the event of an order cancellation by the vendor or delivery partner, ZOOMEE will process a full refund to the customer. The refunded amount shall not be payable to the vendor or delivery partner under any circumstances.
ZOOMEE is not liable for the quality, freshness, or suitability of products. Quality-related concerns must be raised directly with the vendor.
User Obligations
Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
ZOOMEE is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of customer, or refusal to accept.
Limitation of Liability
ZOOMEE acts only as a delivery facilitator.
We are not responsible for vendor actions, product quality, or damages beyond delivery service.
